On the last Sunday of August, this fiesta recreates the process of transformation of the grape in pasa.
The “fogater” turns on the oven and he fills the boiler with water, “olibarda” grass and sosa to accelerate the process of drying.
This ritual lasts all the morning and it ends with traditional dances.
