Beaches and coves

Any time of the year is perfect to visit the beaches of Dénia, they occupy more than 17 km of coast, bathed by warm and shallow waters are ideal for the whole family.


You can choose between urban beaches, wild beaches with dune ecosystem and golden fine sand. Or rocky coves bathed by waters of the Cabo San Antonio Marine Reserve, you will be surprised by the marine life if you snorkeling in this area.

Marine observatory

The coast of Dénia is one of the most frequented cetaceans in the Land of Valencia. In the southern part of the coast is the Cabo San Antonio Natural and Marine Reserve, a protected area of high environmental value. 


Next to the Les Rotes road at the end of the south coast is an observatory for the sighting of marine birds and cetaceans. From the same, walking along the coast or sailing you may see some dolphin, turtle, whale etc.

Regular boat trips

A fantastic family plan is to enjoy the views sailing from Dénia. You can take a mini cruise on board a catamaran or motor launch. The company Mundo Marino offers an itinerary that runs through the Cabo San Antonio Marine Reserve, where you can observe the impressive cliffs and the multitude of marine species and birds that inhabit it.

They also offer other regular boat trips along the coast.
