HOSPITALITY AND CATERING

- The table occupancy will be a maximum of 10 people per table or group of tables, unless they are coexisting or are different nuclei of large families, both inside the room and in outdoor spaces and terraces.

- The consumption will be seated at the table, although the use of the bar is allowed for consumption provided it is keeping the safety distance.

- The use of mask will be necessary when not being consumed.

- Dance is always permitted with the obligatory use of a mask, without the possibility of consuming food and drink during it, respecting the interpersonal distance of safety.

- General and additional hygiene measures shall be observed.

- Smoking and the use of any other device for the inhalation of tobacco, water pipes, cachimbas or similar products, including electronic cigarettes or vaping in open or enclosed spaces, shall not be permitted in catering establishments and hotels.


LEISURE AND ENTERTAINMENT

In discotheques, dance halls and bars with and without live musical performances, pubs, cyber-café, theater cafes, concert cafes and singer cafes:

- The occupancy of the tables will be a maximum of 10 people per table or group of tables indoors and outdoors, except cohabiting.

- The consumption will be seated at the table, although the use of the bar is allowed for consumption provided it is keeping the safety distance.

- The use of mask will be necessary when not being consumed.

- Dance is allowed, always with the obligatory use of a mask, without the possibility of consuming food and drink during it, respecting the interpersonal distance of safety.


TOBACCO CONSUMPTION AND ASSIMILATED TOBACCO
Smoking shall not be permitted on public roads, terraces, beaches or other outdoor spaces, where the minimum interpersonal distance of at least 2 metres cannot be respected.

Smoking is also not permitted on the terraces of establishments offering hospitality, catering, leisure and entertainment activities. This limitation shall also apply to the use of any other device for the inhalation of tobacco, water pipes, cachimbas or the like, including electronic cigarettes or vaping in open or enclosed spaces.



PHYSICAL AND SPORTING ACTIVITY
For the performance of physical and sports activities in gyms, the use of the mask is mandatory.

For the performance of physical and sports activities in open and outdoor facilities, their use will be mandatory only in areas or spaces with a large influx of people where it is not possible
maintain the interpersonal safety distance with other sportsmen or pedestrians.

The practice of sports, in the field of training and competitions, professional and non-professional, will be considered incompatible by its very nature with the use of mask.


WEARING OF MASKS
In general, it is recommended when outdoors, especially in urban environments, to continue using the mask, except in beaches and natural spaces. Persons aged six years and older are obliged to wear masks in the following cases:

- In any enclosed space for public use or open to the public.

- In any open-air space where, due to the agglomeration of persons, it is not possible to maintain a minimum distance of 1,5 metres between them, except for groups of cohabitants.

- means of transport by air, sea, bus, metro or rail, including passenger platforms and stations, or by cable car, as well as complementary public and private passenger transport in vehicles of up to nine seats, including the driver, if the occupants of the passenger cars do not live in the same house.

In the case of passengers on ships and boats, the use of masks shall not be required when they are inside their cabin, or in exterior spaces of the ship where interpersonal safety distance can be maintained.

- In establishments of hospitality, catering, leisure and in all those premises and activities where food and drink are consumed, the use of mask will be necessary when not being consumed.

The obligation is not due in the following cases:
- persons with any type of illness or respiratory difficulty which may be aggravated by the use of the mask or who, because of their disability or dependence, do not have the autonomy to remove the mask, or have behavioural disturbances which render their use impracticable.

- where, by the very nature of the activities, the use of the mask is incompatible, as indicated by the health authorities.
